Does anyone know the production numbers for the 1985 Toronado. Also, how many 85 Caliente models were produced? My dad told me 50-=-but couldn't quote his source. Just acquired a beautiful white Caliente from him a few weeks ago, and I am loving the car. Still considering the many ways to increase HP output, but that is for another day!

In 1985 Oldsmobile built 42, 185 Toronados. 7,342 of them had the WJ8 Caliente package which included a padded vinyl roof, stainless steel crown moldings, bight body side trim, special emblems, tempmatic air conditioning, duel power mirrors, wire wheel covers, electronic dashboard, leather wrapped steering wheel, and special emblems. This was a $1,970 option.
