I believe they stopped calling them Royale in 1995, so I think it is just 1998 Oldsmobile Delta 88, but I could be wrong. Check out this link HERE. Definately sounds like a nice car, especially the 24k mile part!
How much did ya pay for it?
You can find lowering springs, air intakes, slotted rotors, etc. at Domestic Performance

Welcome, nighthawk..ya bought yourself a nice ride there...good power, reliable engine..no major drivetrain issues or concerns to be had......overall a very reliable car, which should go well over 200,000 miles, with only regular maintenance
