Hi Brando, all,
Quote: Look okay now?
Looks great. IMO your settings should be required on all forums.
Actually 640X480 used to be the appropriate size in this case.
Don't know what ettiquette suggests lately, but opinions from 56K guys would shed much light on the subject.
Regards, Norm

Hi Turbocharged400sbc, all,
Quote: norm are you at 56K? ............
I have DSL, both at home and at School, but had dialup years ago. I still remember the waiting, and like to stay mindful that there are some less fortunate than myself.
I think links should be used for posting more than a couple of pics, but those using dialup would be more qualified to comment.
RE: my original post: When I have to scroll across two pages in order to read each line of someones message, I normally just ignore the whole thread.

heheheh Al and I just ordered the new 10 point cage for the 94 Cutlass 442 from JEGS!
GM 1988-96 Grand Prix/Century/Cutlass FWD
550-943104K
10-Point Roll Bar Kit $219.99
10 and 12 point roll cages manufactured from 1-5/8'' x .134-wall mild steel tubing
Includes 6'' x 6'' x 1/8'' mounting plates
Some tube ends in some kits are notched while most tube ends are not notched for a better custom fit in your particular set-up. This ''extra material'' provides you some leeway for a great fit and easier installation.
8, 10, and 12 point cages exceed NHRA and IHRA standards
Complete, easy-to-follow installation instructions included
Welding required (DUH!) hehe!
This is a pic of a 12pt cage our ten pt one doesnt have the top of dash to floor(behind seat) downbars that make the X at the drivers/passengers door......or the fiewall to front subframe bars that are in the pic (waiting fer another 3800 before we go doing that.....

Got some new pics of the 442 getting tons of little things done...
you can def tell it's behind the seats...passenger side view
you can see the front part of the firewall installed...
Al's arm checking the oil...from the drivers seat
The completed dash and rear engine gauges these will be replaced with electric sending unit type and these will be mounted in the trunk opening...
The modified factory tube with a giant K&N I got Al and Amanda as a wedding present...I am practical...LOL
View of the rear 3800 through the trunk opening, new Accel wires, and you can see the Quad 4 injectors on top of the fuel cell, along with a solenoid and a cold start injector. these will be used when we put the Turbocharger on it this winter while converting the top end to SII heads and associated parts.
The New Accel wires (25$) and the DelcoII Ignition module on the 3800 with the factory injector cover on
The New 10 pt Rollcage from Jegs should be here by Friday, then we have some more work to do!
Is any project ever done?!? lol
James & Al

The radiator is approx 5 inches from the firewall at the top and 10 inches at the bottom more than enough room for the electric fans to draw cool air from under the car, she has Idles and been reved for over an hour without the car moving and the rad fan has yet to kick on...I guess a radiator for a 350 sbc is more than big enough for cooling the 3800!
she certainly is comming along....

both are 180* T stats with a 1/16 in hole drilled in the case fer quick bleeding of any trapped air both are 50/50 coolant/water
To make sure that the fan was working I shorted to coolant temp sensor and the fan came on so the computer is controlling the fan relay it just doesnt get hot enough yet...

I would override the fan to a switch so it is either always on or mostly on...but the fact that the motor does not get hot is somewhat amazing, what about those WOT runs?
