I checked in my Parts and Illustration Catalog and came up with 2 part numbers.

12064391 (This is for a non-digital instrumentation.)
12064392 (For a digital instrumentation.)

I went to gmpartsdirect.com and newgmparts.com. Neither could verify the existence of such a part. When I went through their search engine tools, I typed just about every proper or conceivably close nomenclature of the part.

If I have to, I'll drive to the last private Oldsmobile dealership in Culver City to get the information. But I'll save that as a last resort.

Brando, can you verify with your ALLDATA if these OEM part numbers are still valid or they have changed?

Only shows part number for the Engine Control Module. Those parts numbers may be obsolete...as in, no longer available.

Have you contacted GMPartDirect customer service or just stop in at any local GM dealers?
