Ok I am stressed out about this, been searching the net for months and cant seem to find the solution. My grand dad bought this car new in 1996 and I received it from him in 2006. For whatever reason this past September, at 3am the horn started going off and wouldn't stop. The cops came and all that, but it wouldn't shut off no matter what I did, so I unhooked the battery. Hooked it back in and no horn, no nothing for two days. Then 5 am the horn starts going off, SAME problem, have to unhook it. So I think maybe a truck goes by in the morning and sets it off? So I moved it deep into the driveway so nothing can get near it. 3 days nothing, then AGAIN!!! Horn wont stop! My neighbors HATE ME! Kids even egged and silly stringed my car! ha ha So I can't find ANYTHING on this car, and I have been looking up 88's too since they are nearly the same. NOTHING. I read up on fuses, and all I can get is some nondescript version of where the passenger side fuse block is, then Oldsmobile telling me to take it to a dealer to change or check those fuses! Ok I am saying too much. Does anyone know anything about this problem or a fix for it? Does anyone know how to get into the passenger side fuse block and where it is? OR can anyone tell me where the horn is under the hood and how I can or if I can just unplug the horn physically? Thanks so much in advance. This is literally driving me crazy :)

Fuses are accessed by removing the fuse block cover. Several fuses are also located in the relay center. The block cover is removed by depressing the release tab and pulling down on the cover.
Fuse 3 is for the horn. The relay is located in the relay block pictured in the engine compartment.
