I am extremely confused. I am trying to figure out exactly what type of 1999 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight 4-Door Sedan I have just purchased.

A car shop I had evaluating it records it as a Delta Eighty-Eight. The DMV/BMV records it as a Eighty-Eight Royale, while the name lettering on the exterior of the car, and from the CarFax report say it is an Eighty-Eight LS.

Why are there so many different descriptions for the same car?

Which one is "official"?

Would it be appropriate to call it a 1999 Oldsmobile Delta Eighty-Eight (88) Royale LS 4-Door Sedan?

The VIN is: 1G3HN52KXX4820931

Also, which of these "options" are actually funtional on the vehicle.

The ones above the dashed line I am pretty sure are active with the car, but the others, I have no way to really know.

On the dash, there is lettering for "Low Coolant", "Low Wash" and "Low Fuel", but when starting the car, those 3 lights do not light up, so I have no idea as to whether those lights actually work or not. Nor do I know how to accurately test those lights.

The car is actually and Eighty Eight LS. Oldsmobile used many different names on the Eighty Eight over the years. After 1988 they dropped the "Delta" nameplate from the 88 and started spelling the name out. In 1996 they stopped calling it the Eight Eight Royale and Eighty Eight Royale LS...it was just called the Eighty Eight (base) and Eighty Eight LS.
