My father's 1990 98 Regency that's been sitting for some years.

It won't start. I put a new battery in it, verified spark, and confirmed that fuel is not being delivered. I believe that it either has a flown fuel pump fuse, bad fuel pump relay, or faulty fuel pump.

1) Does anybody know of a online repair manual? The owners manual does not provide enough fuse details to troubleshoot that.

2) I found the fuse panel by the drivers left leg. Are there any other fuse panel location/s? If so, exactally, where are they?

3) Can someone describe to me where the fuel pump relay fuse is on the panel? Mine no longer has the legend sheet that used to be on the fuse panel cover.

4) Where is the fuel pump relay located?

5) Doesn anybody know of a good way to test the relay?

Thanks in advance,
Doug
