Has anyone rigged one up in their cutlass? Like right now i got a 13 or 14 gallon fuel tank but want something bigger because more gas at lower price before it goes up to higher price longer run.? Make sense, so does anyone either make a bigger gas tank for the 2door 88 cutlass calais or have any idea about installing a bigger fuel cell?

Kinda just decided to replace all sheet metal and rust haha.

Wow the ones i were looking at were like 350 and up.
32 gallon wow i love the size. Now what all (i know stupid ?) but its new to me, would i need to make it work. Can i use the existing fuel line and just run new AN line to it?

Guys like give me suggestions if anybody ever used em.

Im thinking about probaly mounting it in trunk and build some sort of metal frame housing around it to support mount it but i dont know about that ha haa.

32 gallon wow.

32 gallons is more that double the original payload - be prepared to beef up the rear end with helper springs or something! Fuel is heavy, so you'll be burning more of it accelerating that extra fuel around all the time.

Just a thought ;-)

And an accurate thought. One of many I had when I posted the link.

Another was, how much money could one actually save by anticipating the price fluctuations. Not worth the time and trouble.

Run that AN line, you spoke of, from the bottom of the new tank to the top of your existing tank, reroute the vents to the top tank, and call it done.

Then, you would remove everything from the old tank, and install them on the new one.

Not possible. Being a member of TOC, does not make it mandatory to read or respond to any posts/threads.

Oh so a new fuel pump made for a cutlass will install into the fuel cell that was pictured above but in 22 gallon size? That would be sweet haha. Ive beeen googling all day long looking for some information on it nothing but stuff about hydrogen cars.

Then just add gas directly to new fuel cell through opening on top?
