Is it possible to take out a 3300 V6 outta a cutlass ciera international and replace it with a supercharged 3800 series 1 or 2?? And what kinda budget am i looking at if it is possible? Would $3,000-$4,000 be sufficient?

Less. How much less, depends how much you do yourself.

If Reaper was going to put that type of an engine in there, would he possibly have to get the ECM programming changed?

He would need a NEW ecm, and wiring harness. Basically everything changes. Big swap! Good project, with some great benefits, but a LOT of work!!! (or in his case $$$)

Wish I could, but I don't know cars, WISH i did, but aint got a teacher. Now what about the trans? The one I got now slips when i slow down rapidly and then give it gas again, but if I make a full stop and go it wont slip. So am I also getting a new trans? Also I want to make this ciera really original and mine, so before I swap the engines, Id like to do a teardown of the 3800 and put some perormance aftermarket parts on it. Since the 3800 is a popular engine, I know someones is selling performance parts for this bad boy. Any links ideas welcome.
And anyone know a shop around Chicago southside that could do this?

PS: Installing a 2000 watt system in the trunk this week, I'll post some pics when its done.

Take it to a trans specialist, keeping in mind, you may or may not use it with the 3800.

If you do an engine transplant, it won't be "original" anymore.

Find an automotive machine shop that specializes in performance work. They can help you spec whats best for you.

That same shop will get everything you'll need.

Visit your local drag strip and cruise spots. Best advice will come from the locals you'll find there. If you're lucky, you might hook up with someone that races a FWD at the drags.

While there, you can also get recommendations for a shop to do the engine conversion.
