Straight pipe = No muffler.
Cat back = Dual outlets = Two "Y" pipes
Duals = No "Y" pipes.
Dual outlet exhaust is a great appearance mod.

Duals are tricky (therefore expensive) to fabricate/install, which makes dual outlets the OPs only practical choice.
Either way, the routing of half the exhaust through each muffler, is where any "back pressure" might be lost. Along with the pressure loss, one could expect a rise in sound pressure level.
