Ok, I remember hearing that the 2.8 Bellhousing is the same as the 2.5. If this is true, would it be possible to upgrade the 125C 3speed to a 4 speed Overdrive (from a 2.8 engine)? Just looking at ways to up the MPG.

lots of highway driving? Put on some bigger tires. (and change your speedometer gear) Less rotations of the wheel to achieve the same amount of distance is the end result of the overdrive trans. Not nessesarily good for acceleration, however. Very likely a cheaper alternative to a transmission swap. Not as fancy though ;-)

Well I have a line on an Overdrive Trans so it wouldn't cost me much (get a whole car, 86 Cutlass Ciera 2.8, Loaded), I want to haul the 2.5 anyway and spruce it up a little, she deserves it!
