I haven't browsed around there lately, but I noticed that the advertising has got even worse. I was just wondering if any of you think the same thing that I do, someone will come up and take over with less advertising and be much more popular then cardomian (and soundomain).

CarDomain not only provides message boards, chat room, member pages for the car enthusiast world, but they also have a STORE. They will never go down anytime soon.

yeah, I never thought about all of that. But now that you said that it seams even more strange to me that they have even more advertising and it's more intrusive. They probaly get more money per hit now or something like that.....

The pop ups on car domain are really annoying, but the service is free so I guess it evens out.

You should use Mozilla Frefox, you dont get ANY popups unless you tell it to allow for certain sites! I love Mozilla and there's only a few sites that I need IE for, but I usually end up using yahoo's browers because it came with the DSL package

Same here, and it suprised me how now you get full page ad's and you have to click "continue to cardomain" to get past them!!
