a new wheel stud for my rear right wheel (one of them seized  )
new wipers
oil filter
k&N air filter
i need to touch up some paint
need to pull some codes from the obd and replace a sensor if needed

and my dads got a rocket 350 in his shed i dont have the money to build on, i'll probably just drive my 307 into the ground and swap it eventually.

I can cross the new headliner off my list, just did it last week, cost $328 for a new headliner and new visors. Looks great and had the car back next day. Anyone in southern CT that needs interior work call Fairfield auto upholstry.

New To Do List
1. Fix rust under door trim
2. New Vinyl Top
3. Drivers door weather strip
4. Fix Power antenna
5. New Grill emblem
6. Fix window washer motor
7. Fix pass side power door lock
8 Recharge a/c

Now that the Olds has become a 100% garage queen (rain, whats that?) its enjoying the new found classic status is going though a sort of minor restoration that will include cosmetics as well as some minor under hood, under side repairs. Its going all factory correct right down to the colors and radio.

I went to a junkyard last saturday and picked up a set of pirelli tires for 100$ with only a few hundred miles on them, and got a job while i was at it
got my oil filter and had to get new windshield wiper arms and blades cause mine were original lol (believe that)
ordered new edelbrock shocks from jegs.com last night, and tommoro me and a few of my drinking buddies are stripping a 83 caprice classic thats been sittin in my friends woods for awhile for some other useful stuff... more specifically... wheel studs, front seat, Air intake temp sensor, and maybe a few extra rims would come in handy ... bottom line though, i need a new car... gas is too expensive and its only getting worse. :x

Sorry for bringing this back up...but...

Things left to do...

The Body:
-Patch rest of holes on the body
-Get it bondoed, smoothsanded, and painted
-Sand off the rust on the control arms
-Undercoat the underside
-Wet-sand and buff
-Make new battery tray

Engine:
-Install new vaccum lines
-Clean fuel-injectors
-Replace fuel filter again (long story)
-Run some computer diagnosis to figure out some idling issues

Interior:
-Find that damn pesky waterleak
-Wire up new headunit
-Buy and install door speakers (The DHD ones didn't fit too well, so put them in the rear...)
-Shampoo the carpet and door panels, they are like black from dirt, lol.

PPG line. Forget what kind, but it's a cheaper kind, but holds up very well to the elements. It was used on a work truck that sat out in the elements for a year or so and still looks great. Why you ask?
