i have searched but really didnt find what i was looking for. i have a 74 omega with a straight 6 that i am currently restoring. i was hoping to put an olds. 455 cu. in. engine in it but am new to the whole engine swap thing. along with the engine what else am i going to need to buy? new front suspension? wireing harnesses? anything else electrical? i mean, i am very much wanting to fit a 455 into my omega but need to pushed in the right direction as to what to do. thanks a ton!

my second question is if anyone knows the wiring configuration for the radio in a 74 omega. when i bought the car there was no radio and i am wanting to put one in but all i can figure out as of now is that the black wire is the ground : ) any help on that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

If you have a Chilton's or Haynes manual, they have the wiring schematics. If you don't have a manual check eBay. If you don't know how to read wiring blueprints, I would recommend you learn, it will be REALLY helpful when doing a swap. It is useful when you have an old car. :)
