I don't think there is a best way.
If you have extensive knowledge about the car,
Hemmings Classifieds, is the traditional choice.
Ebay will get more exposure, but fewer potential buyers.
If you don't, you might want to use a broker, or auction house. They should be better equipped to deal with any buyers questions.
