Hi andrewk,

Not that I know about.

ECS/Sempron 3000+ @ 2.2, win2k, with FF 2.0.0.1. Task Manager says it's using 35+ of 512 megs.

Asus/XP 1600+ @ 1600, XP/Ubuntu, with FF 1.5.0.9. Booted into XP and TM says 14+ of 512 megs. Don't know how to check resources in Linux, yet.

Gateway PIII @ .867, win2k, with FF 2.0.0.1. TM says 51+ of 256 megs

I did have some issues with FF 2.0. Went back to 1.5 and waited for the next update. Updated to 2.0.0.1, and everything was good.

Regards, Norm

Thanks Norm. I updated to 2.0.0.1, and updated/removed some of my extensions, and all is fine now... I am getting the same sort of draw you do.

Use the "top" command. You can sort by CPU, memory, user etc... Great program. A little tough to figure out all the keyboard shortcuts, as it is a command line util. Use "man top" for an onscreen manual.

Thanks. That will be a big help.
