what if their caps key is busted...and the shift keys...

That would be a different story then, wouldn't it? I don't think we'll ever know if the caps/shift keys are broken unless they tell us. I do have to admit, I've encountered a similar problem on my laptop (bumping the 'function' key and 'shift' key at the same time, resulting in everything I type appear as if I'm holding down 'shift'), but it does still hurt the eyes.

In regards to the post, I wish I could help, but you definitely came to the right place. Everyone I've encountered here seems to know their stuff and are very nice. I just felt compelled to respond to the 'broken keyboard' comment..

1. Keyboards are cheap.

2. When one is unwilling (or unable) to play by the rules, one should not expect to be welcomed into the game.
