well it appears that transmissions dont like to have 218300 miles on them.
It looks like I will be trashing the olds

ops:
when driving on the interstate it suddenly jerks for no reason.
Plus it needs a new front fender as well as a new front bumper so I think it is time to let it go
All in all it was a good car, lasted 26,000 miles all for a total of $2,300 including the cost of the car and every single repair and maintenance item.
It never once left me stranded, not once, not bad for a 900 dollar car.
what sucks is the engine is still perfect, never once has it dripped oil or burned oil on me.
We went thru a lot together, 2 years and 3 accidents later (2 were not my fault) and she recovered every time.
I am going to try to get a few hundred bucks for it, if not I will be parting out some of the nicer parts and off to the junkyard she goes.
It really sucks because I just put in brand new headlights, High Flow MAF, High End Starter, Water Pump, Radiator, HO Alternator, Harmonic Balancer, High Flow CAT, and all the usual maintenance items.
its life.
