Just checking in to see how everybody is doing. I just finished my finals yesterday. Looks like I got in A in every class...still waiting on that welding grade though.

Great to finally take a break...I'm not taking any summer classes.

Time to work on the cars and do some work around the house too.

Wow.... A in every class? great job! You better get an A in welding too

I've been busting my ass at work. The money's good but it's a whole different ballgame than college was. (I graduated in December) Even though I worked part time in this business all through college, now I have to be the boss, which comes with a whole host of stressful responsibilities, but that's to be expected.

I should have my school expenses paid off in less than a year... then I'm putting all I can towards buying a house. (got a ways to go, but at least I have a goal)

Enjoy the break while you can :D

well...
leaving shop in rockford (3$ gas and 120+miles to see my friends/family work on my vehicles suxors) and putting toolboxes back into garage...
getting job at parts store (yay a job that has medical and schtuff) so i can score good discounts on the parts i need for the 68 F250, 84 cressida, and the other cars that need TLC...

fabricating the turbo for the soon to be badass 442, nearly finished with a nice DVD of the 442 project (pics, text/story, vids etc) so we can shoot that off to Hurst and maybe they'll be interested (or at least give us a smoking deal on two Hurst shifters...)

still single....still loving the no drama life...i miss the poon though...

nearly done with all my debt...i am now free and clear with snap-on/MAC/Matco/Cornwell i owe nuthing on my ~40K in tools (i kinda hate thinking what my fleet would look like if i hadent bought the tools...then i remember without them i couldnt get anything done)

sooon more $ fer my Nova the F250 and saving for a nice 50x100 polebarn somewhere with a suitable loft fer my crib ( dont wanna buy a house....i want a garage with a loft apartment inside (hehe)

yeah...442 and the nova are high on the list...along with the tow vehicle

Starting to save/plan for vacation this summer. Every year during the first or second week of August my girlfriend's stepdad's entire family rents like 5 cabins up on Lake Vermilion. This is our second year going with, but we are renting our own cabin this year & its like $900 for the week not to mention a weeks worth of food, liquor  gas, not to mention general spending money! And as everyone knows, not only are you spending money on vacation, but we're both missing a week of work so that's money we WON'T have!
