If you would actually answer the questions he asked, in a civil manner, there would be no problem. Instead you have to load your statements so that we all have to read what you think about Norm. The only "flames" he has used were reactionary. How you choose to read the questions is up to you. Like it has been said about 500 times in threads, read whats there, not what isn't. Think of it as business, not a debate team. You don't get points for a witty rebuttal and mud-slinging, but rather it is the quality of information that matters.
