I have an '89 Delta 88 Royale, and the passenger side window won't go up/ goes up really damn slow. I think the window motor might be shittin out, because all my other electronic stuff works with no problems. So if I can't find an '89 Delta 88 Royale in the junk-yard to grab a window motor, what other Olds. models use the same motor?

scroll down, you wouldnt believe how many cars use the same motor, so it shouldnt be a problem, although to be real if youre going to keep the car a long time id buy the motor new, or remanufactured at a cost of 55.99 and under IMO. anyway heres the link for the application list click on detailed apps at the bottom of the page.

Check for clean tight electrical connections, and that the ground is still solid. Then that the gears, tracks and linkage are not worn or binding. If you put power directly to the motor and the speed increases, the motor is not the problem.
